Outer black padding area is peeling (gets on your hands when rubbing it
There is a white residue material that was placed in between the black padding and the outer red plastic layer of both shoes (pictures for details). Not sure what it is and what it was used for. Kinda has a frosting texture. Tried cleaning some of it but needs more cleaning.
