Beautiful Antique oil lantern, “the artichoke” by LE Glass Co part of the Semprini collection, circa early 1900s. It’s a great classic, milk glass with applied hand painted accents to highlight the artichoke shape. The shade is a later added consolidated Victorian piece that compliments the bold pattern and enhances the shape of the oil lamp.
The mechanical parts of the lantern are original to the piece and is in excellent condition. A great iconic piece to add to your collection is you are looking for something uncommon and unusual.bmeadires approx 9” tall with shade.
