This antique Steam Engine belonged to my late husband. From what I can tell it is made of steel with some brass. There is also a glass window and many of the parts have different numbers stamped on them. I did some research on it and the design with its exposed parts and heavy metal construction is characteristic of late 1800's or early 1900's. It is about 12.5" long and is in age related condition. The clear cylinder has a crack in it as seen in the pictures. I have no idea if it works, I don't even know how it works.
