Shell is knit fabric with some stretch. One label says it is 100% polyester. Another says it is 96% polyester, 4% spandex.
Lining is stretchy knit polyester.
2-tiered crinoline (netting) from waist seam to hem between the shell and lining. 1st tier is 21.5" long. 2nd tier is 19" long.
